In December of 2017, the newly formed company Lobster 207 reached out to us with a sales pitch. They wanted to provide top quality lobster to food trucks around the Country at a reasonable price with an incredibly easy ordering process. Lobster 207 was created by the newly formed lobster fishermen union in Maine. Their goal was to create a marketplace for lobster sales that came directly from the fishermen. For years they had dealt with lobster brokers and buyers that added to the price of the lobster. Their aim with Lobster 207 was to be the fishermen and the group that sold directly to the consumer.

Their goal and their mission was not only admirable, but also practical. However, we were concerned about their ability to provide great service to go along with their amazing prices.
