    Hi, I’m building out a food trailer and am trying to get an idea of pricing for graphic design for the logo and wrap. What is the range, and does anybody know of any good graphic designers in the Houston area that might be interested in such a project? I was also was wondering if anybody had experience they’d like to discuss working with university design students.

    I have been an employee of a food truck since its start up 3 years ago. My friend owns the truck. It was worth while for me as i made minimum wage plus i got to split the tips 50/50 with the other hired staff. The owner does work the truck, but also owns it and when we have a busy day she pockets thousands. This year she decided she would be taking a third of the tips. Less for us minimum wage workers now. Is this common practice? Ive waitressed in restaurants where the owner would run food bus tables etc. To keep things running smoothly but owners would nevvvvver expect a third or half of your tips. Frustrated and looking for advice.

    So I’m buying a food truck, and have finished my local licensing requirements. But I want to travel with my cousins who have a Christian rock band, they start touring this summer so My question is do I have to apply for licensing in the states we are going to? or is there a universal one? I also remember seeing something about a foreign business entity… I’m completely lost please help,Thanks!

    I am looking at opening a fod truck. Seeing as this is the “in” thing to do, prices are outrages, and then every once in a while I stumble on someone selling a food truck for as low as $5000. Is that something I should worry about? Also I was thinking of converting an RV instead. Would there be issues with the health department and such if I were to do that?

    Im entertaining the thought of opening a BBQ truck. Right now i do catering and some competitions. My question is trying to figure out when to cook meat do you just get where you are going to be for the day at 2:00 in morning and start cooking so its ready by lunch or how do some of you bbq owners approach this. Ill highly appreciate any and all suggestions
