    So I’m buying a food truck, and have finished my local licensing requirements. But I want to travel with my cousins who have a Christian rock band, they start touring this summer so My question is do I have to apply for licensing in the states we are going to? or is there a universal one? I also remember seeing something about a foreign business entity… I’m completely lost please help,Thanks!

    I am looking at opening a fod truck. Seeing as this is the “in” thing to do, prices are outrages, and then every once in a while I stumble on someone selling a food truck for as low as $5000. Is that something I should worry about? Also I was thinking of converting an RV instead. Would there be issues with the health department and such if I were to do that?

    Im entertaining the thought of opening a BBQ truck. Right now i do catering and some competitions. My question is trying to figure out when to cook meat do you just get where you are going to be for the day at 2:00 in morning and start cooking so its ready by lunch or how do some of you bbq owners approach this. Ill highly appreciate any and all suggestions

    If an event promoter is asking for a percentage of gross sales vice a flat rate fee, what should that percentage be? We’ve been asked for 15% but I’ve been advised that no more than 8% should be asked for.

    my kiwanis club inherted a food trailer to raise money for local charities on a very limited time basics. i just ordered the food truck for dummies and hopefuuly it will answer my questions. currently we only do hot dogs and drinks. we need more items to sell that are not real envolved. i would love to talk to someone,

    So my husband and I are looking to start a food truck late next year, and right now I am in Culinary School, and we have a project concerning the purveyors we will use. I am curious as to what is normal for a food truck starting out, where do you buy your ingredients and paper goods? Is there a food truck purveyor? Or should I look into shopping at like Costco, Sam’s Club and Restaurant Depo?

    Good morning, I am putting together some information on Food Trucks as it relates to retail and commercial real estate. Do you have any idea as to how many of your food truck members from the various associations have bricks and mortar locations and used the Food Truck as a way to broaden their marketing/brand? or reverse examples of those who started with a food truck and then opened a bricks and mortar location. Wondering if anyone had some stats or did a survey along those lines. Thank you for any information.

    I’m doing a project for a class I’m in and we had to create a business from the bottom up with all the information as if we were actually going to do it. Obviously we went with a food truck. Our menu consists of Mexican food. I just wanted more information from actual owners. If there’s anything you can think if that I could add or do please let me know! Thank you!
